We have an out-of-the-box (OOB) feature that captures the call summary between two users when it is scheduled through an OOB Teams call. Similarly, we have utilized Copilot for Sales to set a call between two leads, but in Dynamics 365, it is considered an appointment, and the OOB feature is not capturing the call summary. It would be beneficial if the AI feature could also capture discussions between two users scheduled as appointments.
