Electronic signature - company dependant setup

Business case:
Electronic signature is needed in legal entity A on some tables.

However, in companies B and C this is not needed, and causes only overhead for the users.
table "Electronic signature requirements" should be company specific.

Signatures needs to be a gate in workflows as well.
