The Contexual Email Form is opened from the Timeline, but users cannot move the Contextual Email on the screen. It is in the way of finding, copying and pasting information. Allow users to drag the Contextual Email Form to different locations on the screen. Also, when you are drafting the 3 Contextual Emails, they open in the same space on the Screen. Users are forced to minimize and maximize each email that they want to draft. Allow those to cascade on the screen when they are opened so that users can easily see all three Contextual Email Forms and get to the draft Contextual Email they want to edit.
