Use of access team helped to optimize the number of entries in POA as compared to traditional record sharing for primary entity, however, platform still leverages the traditional sharing approach (makes multiple entries in POA) for implicit sharing scenarios.

In a scenario where record level access has to be implemented and there are multiple child entities (with parental relationship) to a primary entity. Having access team enabled for child entity does not helps to optimize the POA entries. Platform having ability to leverage POA for implicit sharing would help to reduce the on going maintenance and improve the performance of the CDS / D365 platform.
