In the latest release of GP(18.7.1765) when you go to the Sales Document Print Options screen it now defaults to Invoice. It used to not default to anything. Our users always print picket tickets so no they have to unclick Invoice and click picking ticket. My suggestion is provide somewhere where the user can select which document type should be the default.

This was a new feature in 18.7 that over 40 customers voted for, if this is something you would like to see differently a customization will need to be done with the lifecycle of Dyanmics GP this will not change.
