the +new button is directly next to the search button on the customer list view and the item list view. i cannot tell you how often people accidentally click +new when attempting to simply search one of these lists. this creates new blank items and customers. we have hundreds and it has only been 4.5 months in the system. you cannot personalize and remove or move this button. this needs to be changed. only certain individuals should have this button (those who are allowed to create new customers/items). allow us to personalize and move this for those who dont need it.
