As of today, the documentation states that the LinkedIn LeadGen capabilities will be removed from Customer Insights - Journeys on December 2, 2024. Microsoft is considering adding LinkedIn Lead Gen to real-time journeys in a future release, but there is no timeline for the feature.

Since this is an important time-saving feature for some of our customers, it is essential to implement this function for real-time journeys.

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback.

We have published this article LinkedIn Lead Sync Integration with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys that guides you on how to implement your own solution to capture LinkedIn form submission and create leads in Customer Insights Journeys.

We understand that this is not an out-of-box integration, and it requires you to implement manually the solution, but we hope this article will be useful for you until we can bring the integration natively in the future.

Sincerely, PM, Microsoft.

This is a very crucial feature for cross-channel lead generation. It is a pity that the solution is not directly integrated into realtime. Please bring it to Realtime Journeys as fast as possible. Thank you!

It is key functionality for me. We are dependent on the LinkedIn campaign to have our lead into CRM. We need to have this feature back to Realtime marketing or any other alternative solution to be provide to us to work with synchronize the lead from LinkedIn campaign

85% of our Leads are generated from LinkedIn campaigns. This is a key requirement for us. MS Product Group is currently unable to promise anything with regards to the roadmap for this functionality. Our business owners are not happy at all...

This is an essential part of our lead gen function. Microsoft owns LinkedIn, and this would help improve both D365 adoption and active LinkedIn usage. It also doesn't feel great that on the one hand, Microsoft is pushing us (D365 Marketing users) to migrate from Oubound Marketing to RTJ, however at the same time, they are not supporting this feature we use heavily. Please bring this to RTJ, thank you!

Our current campaign, running until November 2, 2023, relies heavily on these forms for lead generation. We need a workable solution to ensure a seamless transition and continuous lead capture and management.

Most recommended feature. without this the added value will be greatly diminished, affecting many ongoing campaigns and limiting D365 Customer Journey Insights competitiveness against other solutions.

We need this feature to generate leads from popular platforms. Without it, we’ll miss out on potential leads. Implementing it quickly in Real Time Journeys is very important.
