When importing data using Excel and there are missing required fields, the only place the users can be notified about the import failure or missing values is on the System Jobs.

This is not convenient for non-technical users. Navigating to the System Jobs and finding the import job and then going through the failures list, is not an easy task to do.

it's required to have a way to do validations for the excel data at the excel import dialog steps, one step should be validating the data and ensuring all required fields are filled for the records. Once the validation is complete, then user can have the option to proceed with the import.
