We have identified an issue where appointments with a mailing list (ML) as a participant are being synchronized at random on the Dynamics 365 agenda. Specifically, if there are multiple users in the mailing list, only one of them receives the appointment on their CRM agenda. This inconsistency is causing a great inconvenience for our users.

Could you please investigate this issue and provide a solution?
