Business scenario:

The client has a FMCG business where D 365 F&O is implemented, and they are using Warehousing app heavily for the inbound & outbounds and transfers.

As per the business requirement auto reservation has been enabled (AR parameters)

Now the issue faced by the business user is that multiple orders have been created and same items are available in most of the orders.

When the user picks one order to process it .. SO confirmed > Pick > Pick list registration ( here user gets an error that qty is not available) physically its available but reserved against multiple orders.

Hence the user has to go to the transactions find the reserved orders then unreserved it manually one by one which is a long process for the business user.

User is expecting the below option in D 365

1. Either the item can be filtered out in On hand list form where he will come to know the reserved quantity for that item, user should be able to select that line and unreserve the qty for that item. This should unreserve the item qty from all the reserved orders. - THIS SHOULD WORK FOR SINGLE OR MULTIPLE ITEMS SELECTED IN ON HAND LIST FORM.
2. OR Un reserve button should be given at the sales order lines so that the selected lines in the order can be un reserved at one go.

Hope this requirement will be considered in the up coming releases.
