I’ve been testing custom Copilot agents in Business Central and overall performance is good. However, one limitation I’ve noticed is that agents rely on a single model, which doesn’t always perform equally well across different tasks (financial logic, summaries, EDI parsing, etc.).

Microsoft is already moving toward model selection in BC and supporting multiple models (like Claude) in other Copilot experiences, so it feels like a natural next step.

Suggestion:

Allow multiple LLMs in Business Central agents, with:

• Model selection per agent

Why it matters:

• Better accuracy for different BC scenarios
• More reliable results for finance/audit use cases
• More flexibility for customers and partners

Curious if others have seen similar limitations or tried multi-model setups.
