Cancelled Purchase order in MPOS

When Purchase orders are canceled in Headquarter they are still visible in MPOS and cannot be deleted.

It would be nice if canceled POs no longer appear in MPOS or if it is possible to clear them from MPOS

Thank you for providing the feedback. The Inbound operation in POS only displays purchase orders in Draft, Active, or Complete state, and Cancelled purchase orders shouldn't be shown there. Inbound inventory operation in POS - Commerce | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn. This appears to be a product defect, could you please log a case with the support team through LCS?

We submitted an idea by a suggestion from MS support since they mentioned that It is not possible to delete the canceled purchase order from MPOS and this is a by-design behavior today.
