The customer has raised a concern that Business Rules and JavaScript are not applied when using Sales Copilot in Outlook.
The Business Rule scope is set to the entity, so the customer expects the Business Rule to be applied to the record. This appears to be a known feature gap that needs to be addressed.
Customers expect Sales Copilot to offer similar functionalities as provided in the CRM or App for Outlook.

This would be great! It's a huge issue that Copilot for Sales uses Views. The App for Outlook is highly customizable, allows Business Rules and even custom Script on Forms for opportunities, Accounts, Contacts and Leads + more, which Copilot currently does not offer.
