I am unable to change the information on any order with a Submitted status. As soon as the status is submitted, all the fields on the form (header and detail) become read only. I need to be able to change data on orders with a submitted status.
We change order data up until the order is INVOICED.
Once the order is submitted, that is not the end of the order life cycle in CRM.
In Rollup 4 and previously we have been able to modify submitted orders. We can no longer do this after Rollup 5 is installed.

Hello, If you are still having issues after trying the following I would recommend opening a support case in case there is any additional steps/issues to address. Can you add the following reg key to your CRM Server if it isn't already there in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSCRM Regkey is called IsSOPIntegrationEnabled and it is a DWORD (32-bit) Value and when it is set to 0 you should be able to modify orders that are in a submitted status. If it is set to 1 then you can't update the orders once they are submitted. Thanks Dynamics CRM Team
