Ability to customize the Opportunity Close dialog box.(Specifically, allow a user to select a value in the "Competitor" box when the Opportunity has been "Won" so we can see which competitors we are displacing.)

8 years this has been on the list. Wonder how many clients have left because of major oversights like this...

I think all the main requirements could be fulfilled if CRM implemented the close opportunity form to be a customisable form of the opportunityclose entity, rather than a hard-coded form. This would allow custom fields of the opportunityclose entity to be added to the form, as well as changing labels. A similar approach to other hard-coded dialogs (e.g. incidentclose) would also be a great help
Would be very nice. Especially a opportunity to add a reason pick-list og lookup for lost opportunities would be very nice.
I agree. Being able to customise the terminology from 'Won' and 'Lost' would be good as this is not always appropriate for an xRM solution.
