Currently users are able to set a time zone preference when scheduling a Journey to start in the journey properties, but in the journey views (list of journeys), the time zone always displays in UTC time zone which causes a bit of confusion. For example, a journey with a schedule start time of 4PM in Phoenix,AZ time zone will display as 11PM start time in the journey list view.
