This is three seperate asks:
1.It is important to have a chance to see a WBS in the time entry client. Because if there are projects and tasks with the same name, it is not possible to identify which one I should be booking

When linking the task to the time entry the user is able to open the record to determine which record is being referenced.
We will look to improve this experience in the future once we complete the update work for WBS

2.Allow admin to manage copy time entry function based on role
Copy is simply the extension of entering the time entries and thus applying a secuirty construct around it would not block any entries from being created.

3. Provide a select all or submit all button on time entry submission
We have improved the error reporting for bulk submission, the user is able to select all through the header of the tickbox. After which the user is able to bulk submit.
