Folder structure for system views

Would be good to be able to structure system views in a folder structure - instead of just having a long list.

I somewhat see this being like how Azure DevOps handles the organisation of Queries into folders. Definitely needed for some entities where we have 1000s of Active records and System Views are used to reinforce taskflows/workflows.
