We would like the functionality to Consult then Transfer to an Agent/Representative to match the existing functionality for Consult then Transferring to a Teams user or External Number (PSTN).


Currently if you Consult the Transfer to a Teams user, agents have the option to Transfer to the Teams user straight away with an inline Transfer button next to the Teams User. To Consult then Transfer to another agent (with whom you are already on the call with), you must select the Transfer phone control, select the Representative tab, update the queue, then select the agent. This is counter-intuative as they are currently on a call with the agent already and the receiving Agent status is DND or Busy.


The experience should be the same for Consult then Transfer to all options.
