Currently, in order to review the list of users within an environment and the security roles assigned to each user, manual verification is required via the Power Platform admin center or Dynamics 365.

As a result, it is not currently possible to retrieve a consolidated list of users and their assigned security roles using PowerShell.

If it becomes possible to obtain, through PowerShell, a comprehensive list of users within an environment along with their assigned security roles, we believe it would significantly improve efficiency in audit response and access control management. Additionally, it would enable more flexible system configuration and facilitate operational automation.
