With US Keyboard Ctrl+/ (the / key left to shift) toggles the search field. Ctrl +/ (on numeric keypad) does not work. With non US Keyboard (e.g. Swiss German, / is shift+7) it does not work at all. Suggestion: enable numeric keypad "/", it then works for all

The search action is performed by ctrl+' on my German keyboard, too. But there's no way to call the "Perform an action" shortcut (which is ctrl+' on the US layout).
I think the whole shortcut story needs to be localized much better. The tooltips need to react to the user's keyboard layout. I think it might be a problem to automatically recognize it in the browser etc. etc.
