The idea of making everything from Dynamics 365 is great, that you can create a meeting invitation or send an email from the CRM and it will be linked with the related records.
However, when creating a meeting we (more often then not) want to include a Teams meeting in the invitation, and that is not possible. We need to leave Dynamics, go to the Outlook app and send the invitation and after that make a sync to Dynamics to update the records in the CRM. This seems like a lot of unnecessary steps and data could be lost in Dynamics if the user does not update the records.

It would be great if a user could include a teams meeting from Dynamics 365 when creating a meeting.
