This would be beneficial for anywhere that 'Product name' is found. A counting journal, for example, can have hundreds or even thousands of lines. And it is often that item numbers are full of numbers and characters that do NOT identify what the product is, making it difficult to search. An unreasonable workaround is to export the list to excel, filter by product name to find the item id, and then filter by item id in D365 - too much work.
