When opening an email received in Outlook, please provide a function that checks if the email addresses set in the "From" and "CC" fields are already registered in Dynamics 365.

If not, please add the function to register them from Outlook to Dynamics 365.

Currently, while it's possible to synchronize contacts registered in Outlook using server-side synchronization to register them in Dynamics 365, neither Dynamics 365 nor Outlook has a built-in function to automatically check if a contact has already been added and add it.

Implementing this function would enable more efficient contact registration and automate address management, significantly reducing errors in registration information and streamlining management tasks. Therefore, we would appreciate your consideration of this as a future enhancement proposal.
