Dear MS Team,

As we know, when we renew an entitlement the start and end dates are extended whereas the total and the remaining terms remain as is.

Please we suggest that these values are reset when an entitlement is renewed.

For example, if the total terms was 5 and we used 3 remaining will become 2. So when the entitlement is renewed, the new total terms to be filled by 2 instead of 5.
