We we have in RTM an email that has been sent through a Journey, we can only export 1000 records of the contacts used in the email. A lot of times when we send emails we need to check the "Blocked" or "Delivery Failed" and you have a limit of 1000 record maximum to be exported in a CSV file.


Additionally to this and as it happens in other competitor products, you have to be able to access to the Contact record just by clicking the email. Must be possible to by having the links of the records to be able to open them directly from the Details list.


At the end Marketing users are not technical people and they need to have the reporting and maintenance of the contacts in a simple way, not by providing the record Guid
