Option to use SSRS reports instead of Word Templates - particularly for printing/ e-mailing customer invoices/returns/quotes/orders/back orders, purchase orders, EFT remittances, etc.

There are no planned changes to move away from Word Templates at this time.

great suggestion, i just suggested this as well. The word templates are a bad band aid solution to a worse Report Writer solution.

The problem with SSRS is how they spill over onto a second page. It can be tricky to make that work.
