Repro steps:
1. Create sales order
2. Include an item that is CW controlled
3. Generate proforma invoice

It is not possible to print a proforma sales order invoice for the CW items as the
following error message is displayed
Error message: “Insufficient inventory transactions with status Picked”
when attempting to post a Pro-forma sales order invoice for a catch-weight item.

The expectation is that the system should print a proforma sales order invoice for the CW items.
