-Introducing the field "systemID" for a table from which the email was send.
-(optional)Introducing the field "Table ID" for the same Table
-(optional as it could be achieved using extension)New Action on Sales Document "Sent Email" which the users could use in order to see all of the emails connected to a document
-(optional) make use of the fields "Last Email Sent Time", "Last Email Sent Status" and "Sent as Email" in the Sales Invoice Header so that Invoices for which the email has not been sent yet can be filtered.

This would be extremely helpful for one of my clients!

As per blog by Josh. This would bring product up to parity. Especially if you perhaps look at temporary table or way of integrating the legacy interaction log entries. At the end of day from UX perspective our users just want to see how and when did we communicate with customer. Still an area of pain that cannot be solved by selling Dynamics CRM without losing promise of BC as a simpler single solution.

We have a client asking specifically for this functionality. It would be great to be able to easily see if an invoice was emailed.
