I setup case processes with a level and task within each level. (Sales and Marketing > Setup > Cases > Case processes).

However, when I create a new case and select that case process, the responsible person on each level is assigned to the person who created the case, instead of inheriting the person assigned to the level in the case process setup. This is counterintuitive because the case process allows me to assign a person as responsible for the level but then overrides the level with the person who creates the case. Why allow the user to assign a responsible person on the case process setup and then override it when a case is created???

I am requesting the case inherits the responsible person from the Case process setup level. The tasks within the case inherits the responsible value. The level should do the same.
