Based on our current usage of the Copilot service, the Opportunity Record Summary feature has proven highly effective in helping sellers identify opportunities and maximize profits. However, this functionality is currently exclusive to the Sales Hub, which may not be ideal for customers using custom apps tailored to their specific business needs.

To better support a wider range of users and use cases, I’d like to propose expanding this feature to work with custom apps. Enabling Opportunity Summaries in custom environments would offer significant advantages, allowing customers to uncover more sales

opportunities and drive greater profitability.
