Description:
Currently, when a timeline view is added to a CRM form to show emails sent via Customer Insights journeys, the subject line of the email is not displayed. This makes it difficult for users to quickly identify the content or purpose of each email without opening individual records.
Proposed Improvement:
Include the email subject line as a visible column/read-only tag for Customer Insights journey emails. This enhancement will improve usability, save time, and provide better context for users reviewing communication history.
