I used Salesforce for 20+ years prior to using Dynamics 365. One huge limitation in Dynamics is our ability to manage our renewals in this system. Salesforce had the ability to close an opportunity and then duplicate/clone it. For example, with software subscriptions, they'll renew their software licenses on January 29th. On that date, I'd like the reps to have the ability to save as closed won but then immediately clone that opportunity for the 2026 renewal. There is no easy way to do this at this time, and with our business being 70% renewals, I can't ask the team to enter this all manually every time. Any chance of adding a duplicate or clone button to easily copy the contents of the opportunity into a new one?
