Improve performance of the SrsPrintDestinationTokens constructor by implementing SysExtensionIAttribute on SrsPrintDestinationTokensExtAttribute. The attribute arguments are already a string, thus implementation could be achieved in six lines of code. This will allow the SysExtensionAppClassFactory to a much more performant strategy to construct the appropriate child class.
