The BOM level is not considered when Explosion is exported to Excel. Please look into the following step.

Setup

1.Create two items
1.Item number = #A, Product name = #A, Search name = #A, Item model group = FIFO, Storage dimension group = SiteWH, Tracking dimension group = None

BOM
2.Item number = #Q, Product name = #Q, Search name = #Q, Item model group = FIFO, Storage dimension group = SiteWH, Tracking dimension group = None
3.Item number = #H, Product name = #H, Search name = #H, Item model group = FIFO, Storage dimension group = SiteWH, Tracking dimension group = None

Set Default order type = “Production” for the item (#Q and #H)

2.Setup BOM line

a. #H has the item #A
b. #Q has the item #A, #H

e.g. site =1, wherehouse=11, Quantity=1

Then, Approve and Activation

Repro step

1. Goto Master planning>Master Planning>Planned order

2. Create Planned order for #Q

3. Select the row of Item #Q, then click “Explosion” in REQUIREMENTS on VIEW tab

4. Confirm the view of Explosion

5. Export to Excel as Net requirements, then click Download

6. Select “->open”

ACTUAL RESULT

The order of rows in Excel is different from the view of Explosion.

In this case, Item #A are same order number.

So, each of Item “#A” is not clarified to be belonged to each of BOM (#Q or #H)

Expected RESULT

The order number Excel should be same as the view of Explosion.
