We have scenarios where a sub-category of items is setup as a button at the POS. This allows for small items without tags or bar codes to be easily looked up by the cashiers via this button. The problem is that Store 1 has different items in Group A and Store 2 only contains items in Group B.

Assortments should be able to handle this by me simply saying show ALL items from the top level category but exclude Items in Group B from Store A and vise versa. Presently the assortment logic is not honored this way from buttons setup at the POS level.

We want to be able to exclude items that are not relevant to the secondary store from this group of items without having to individually select each category per store since the overlap is almost identical except for this subset of items. This is particularly an issue when you don't want to have to make the end users modify the assortments every time they decide to add a new product category.
