Hi,
Partner need IUR license or longer than 30 days demo license for Dynamics for Marketing and Customer Insights.
Our presales team already created lots of demo artefacts such as configuration, segmentation and customer journey, demo data, etc. Right now the demo environment is only for 30 days and there are quite a lot of work to redo this in the new demo environment.

Just hit the same issue last year we had this license "Microsoft Dynamics Marketing Enterprise Demo for Partners" but it's now been removed from the partner portal
