Scenario: Suppose instead of using the Lead entity, our organization elects to use Campaign Response entity. This way there is a direct linkage between our tradeshow Campaign and the Campaign Responses (aka the people we knew or met at the tradeshow) without risking duplicate records.

If all of the privileges to the Lead entity are revoked and a user tries to convert Campaign Response to an Opportunity, the Convert Response dialog box still contains the "Create a lead" and "Convert to an existing lead" options (see attached picture).

It would be nice if the privileges the user had drove the options selectable on this "form". For example, if I couldn't create leads, the "Create a lead" option would be hidden.
