We are auto-generating links which help our sales staff create new Leads in Dynamics based on website customer inquiries. The current links work perfectly on the legacy interface but in the UCI, Dynamics seems to freeze. We analyzed the situation and found out that the functionality itself is working fine but scandinavian letters äöå etc. are causing the problem. Our current UCI App is uci, so the link starts with '/apps/uci'.
