Scenario:

When we want to Update Packages for my D365 Marketing instance manually before automatic updates trigger, Update Packages does not ask yes or no.

Impact: Accidentally we updated packages and those caused issues

Repro:

Go to Marketing app update URL for specific org or instance

Click on Update Packages

System does not ask for Do you want to update packages? yes or no dialog
