Currently, we cannot remove or edit the greeting tag above the survey that goes "Hi, . When you submit this form, the owner will see your name and email address." This is problematic as it gives people the impression that feedback is not confidential and may take the attention from people giving honest feedback. It's also distracting when the focus should be on the questions.

Suggestions:

1. Allow users to remove or edit the line
2. If this is mandatory for Microsoft, add the note at the footer of the survey instead of near the top
