Choice fields have a hidden option within the additional properties.

• make.powerapps.com > select the choice field > edit > select edit choice > Additional properties > Hidden

The setting works within a form when editing a record in Dynamics 365 sales, but the choice still displays when using an editable grid control.

It would be nice if the hidden setting was also recognized when editing within the editable grid.
