I know it's easy to add manually, but an out of the box "Time and Materials" job wip method would be fantastic and tiny. It's such a common method for billing a project, or as a complimentary portion of a project (for Fixed + T&M structured deals). It feels common enough it should make the list of defaults, and not just be left to end-users to add-in.

The methods I typically assign are "Usage (Total Cost)" and "Usage (Total Cost)" for cost & billing recognition methods.
