Currently, the email and landing page editor in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys does not include any image editing capabilities. Users must rely on external tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) to crop, resize, or adjust images before uploading them to the Asset Library. This adds extra steps and slows down campaign creation.

Proposed Feature:

Introduce a built-in photo editor within the Journeys design interface that allows users to:

• Crop and resize images directly in the editor.
• Apply basic adjustments (brightness, contrast, saturation).
• Add text overlays, filters, and simple effects.
• Optimize image size for email performance.
