The D365 Marketing Attach subscription (SKU KPJ-00002) does not appear in the M365 Admin Center or Azure AD with the rest of our D365 and M365 licences we have purchased.

I logged a Services Hub job (Request ID:2308150030000521) and they advised to submit the idea here as well.(??)


The explanation I received from Microsoft was because this is a tenant level licence.

It will show under Your Products in the M365 Entra Admin Center but not under Licensing.


My point is licensing information should be consistent regardless on the licence level.

The importance of the consistency helps reconcile licence information at the time of licence renewal.

This is a decision owned and operated by the commerce team. Unfortunately the Dynamics application teams have no ability to control how admin.microsoft.com handles license display in products vs. licenses. I do agree that it is confusing to seperate seat-based license vs. tenant level license display to end users on these two seperate areas when end-users think of licenses as licenses regardless of how the license entitlement works.
