When using multisource policies assignment with valitidy dates the system uses the requirement date of the planned order to apply multisource policies assignment validity, rather than the delivery date, start date or end date.

For example: For an order with a requirement date of 09/01/2026, the multi-source strategy ending on 31/12/2025 is not considered, even though the order will be shipped (18/09/2025) and received (19/12/2025) before that date.

The requirement date is calculated as: Delivery date + Receiving margin, in our case, the receiving margin defined on the coverage group is 15 working days. This behavior is confusing for procurement teams because purely internal margins (e.g., quality control, release times) should not invalidate settings related to the supplier relationship.

Expected behavior: Ability to configure which date (requirement / delivery / order date) is used for multisource policies assignment validity application.
