Problem Description: When a user, equipped with the Sales Hub app, employs the "Copy Link" or "Send Email" feature within the Sales Hub app to share a record link in CRM, we've noticed that the link includes the App ID. This becomes problematic when the recipient, restricted to the Sales Team Member app and lacking access to the Sales Hub app, cannot open the shared link. The current scenario poses usability challenges for users with varying app access levels.

Solution Proposal: It would be beneficial to introduce the ability to share "Record links" instead of "App record links." This could potentially be achieved by incorporating "Copy record link" and "Send record Email" options into the "Share" dropdown, enhancing user experience.
