Our Customer needs Function Keys (F1, F2, F3... F12) to be set as shortcut keys for the POS functions like print bill, suspend transactions. This is very critical as one of our Customer, has hyper market and more than 300 cahiers. There is daily 7000 to 8000 Bills per day and at peak festive seasons 14000 Bills per day. The Cashiers use shortcut keys like F1, F2 and other function keys to print bill, suspend and other POS functionalities in their current software. Now the girls are not able to do the same pace of billing with Microsoft AX 2012 R3 POS interface. The through put Cashiers has come down. The Customer shams the product Dynamics AX for not having such basic feature. Request the product team to enhance this product with the above feature. Regards Kiran
