As of now & my ongoing conversation with one of your employee Rupang, There is a limitation in image addition in CRM. One can not copy & paste image directly to CRM until unless its in some public domain. We have even tried to do it in a way by posting image on google drive first then in email templates but still error is there. This which we as in email marketing team feel is a very unwanted & forced limitation to MS Dynamics CRM Users. As email marketing & Survey campaign images are designed by internal office team & there is no need or use to upload them in website whether visible or not. This will only lead in lengthening the website page. Thus one should be allowed to create image copy & paste it in CRM by own. Also allowing adding hyperlinks in images will use in efficient marketing. Would say that these are not the suggestions/ideas for dynamic 365 but a important need which not only me but most of the other users must be looking for and enabling both these features will only help in making Dynamic CRM more user-friendly & efficient for people.
