Feature to send the notification email to Admin user when workflow is in pending or failed

Currently there is no such a feature to send the notification email to Admin user when workflow is in pending or failed

If there is a way to send the notification email to Admin user when workflow is in pending or failed, it would be very user friendly.

This would be very helpful. Normally we only know after long time troubleshooting when some functions is not working.
